Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the developer, LITEJAB (hereinafter "Developer"),

and users regarding the use of the "Golf Books" mobile application (hereinafter "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" refers to the Golf Books mobile application and all related services.
  2. "User" refers to anyone who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
  3. "Content" refers to all information provided within the Service, including golf terminology, rules, etiquette, and swing basics.

Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)

  1. These Terms are effective for all Users who wish to use the Service.
  2. The Developer may modify these Terms as necessary, provided such modifications comply with applicable laws.
  3. When Terms are modified, the Developer will notify Users through app update notes or in-app notifications.
  4. Users who do not agree to the modified Terms may discontinue use of the Service and delete the app.
