Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the developer, Sangwoo Sim (hereinafter "Developer"), and users regarding the use of the "Swing Rhythm Coach" mobile application (hereinafter "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" refers to the Swing Rhythm Coach mobile application and all related services.
  2. "User" refers to anyone who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
  3. "Content" refers to data created by Users within the Service, such as rhythm presets and recorded videos.
  4. "Premium Subscription" refers to the paid subscription service that provides access to additional features.

Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)

  1. These Terms are effective for all Users who wish to use the Service.
  2. The Developer may modify these Terms as necessary, provided such modifications comply with applicable laws.
  3. When Terms are modified, the Developer will notify Users through app update notes or in-app notifications.
  4. Users who do not agree to the modified Terms may discontinue use of the Service and delete the app.
